Recently bought an AC through the app and it was delivered on time. The shopping experience was good. But after sales is very poor, no one from the samsung service center has come for the installation even after 7 days. I have been contacting the samsung customer care everyday and get a standard response of the request being escalated and will be resolved ASAP. But no one seems to take the responsibility or bothered about the product installation. Sometimes I regret buying through this app.

They don't have any customer support once you order some thing from this app....no one responds to the messages and there is no way to call them .... never thought Samsung would have such pathetic service. Before placing an order it was showing status that the order will be delivered next day but once the order was placed the delivery date changed to 4 days later date and didn't receive the product even after 4 days ....and cannot contact anyone for support as there is no customer support team

worst app. worst delivery service.No cancellation option. worst customer care. Guys,telling for good never order anything from Samsung shop app or Samsung web. I literally waited for 3three weeks for the delivery. still they are not giving the tentative date of delivery. In the tracking, everyday it shows like it will get delivered today. even, if you connect with customer care. it will be of no use.
